These Terms of Service govern your use of JBL Roofing and Construction websites, estimate and contact forms, communications, and customer-care SMS program. By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the websites or services.
JBL Roofing and Construction provides roofing, siding, windows, gutters, restoration, estimates, project coordination, warranty support, and related construction services. Project scope, price, schedule, materials, and warranties are governed by the applicable written estimate or customer contract.
JBL Roofing and Construction offers a recurring, non-marketing customer-care SMS program for individuals who request information or services. Messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, warranty communications, and support.
Enrollment is available only at https://go.jblrc.com/contact-us. To enroll, an individual enters their own mobile number and affirmatively selects the separate Customer Care SMS Consent checkbox. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number or submitting the form alone does not grant SMS consent. The form may be submitted without SMS consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Consent applies only to JBL Roofing and Construction, is provided directly by the consumer, and is not transferable.
Message frequency varies based on estimate, appointment, project, warranty, or support activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent through the website form. Reply HELP for help or call (330) 677-9463. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our websites only for lawful purposes. Submitting an estimate or contact request does not create a contract for construction services and does not enroll you in SMS unless you separately select the customer-care SMS checkbox.
Website information and estimates are provided for general informational purposes until incorporated into a signed customer agreement. A signed customer agreement controls the final project scope, pricing, schedule, materials, payment terms, and warranty obligations.
Website content, logos, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to JBL Roofing and Construction and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Websites and online materials are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website statement will apply to a specific project. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations contained in a signed customer contract or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when changes are posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
